A custom-built, bespoke mansion of some 24,500 square feet — steel-frame construction, clad in rainbow sandstone, with a bespoke fit-out throughout. Six palatial suites, seven lounges, a full wellness wing and 48 acres of private grounds make it one of the North's most extraordinary places to gather.

How far is it from Manchester and the airport?
About 35 minutes by car to central Manchester, or a direct train of roughly 36 minutes from Burnley Manchester Road to Manchester Victoria. Manchester Airport is about 45 minutes by car; Burnley is 10 minutes; London is around 3 hours by train.

What optional extras can you arrange?
A private chef, in-house spa treatments and massages, hair and make-up, and the 14-car event hall (for functions, receptions or product launches) are all available as optional extras on request and subject to availability. Just ask when you enquire.
Can I host a wedding, party, retreat or corporate event?
Yes. The estate is exclusive-use and suits milestone celebrations, hen parties, reunions, corporate away-days, retreats, product launches, private receptions and shoots. A 180" cinema and dining for 32 make it a venue and a home in one, with the event hall available on request. For a wedding ceremony, please confirm ceremony licensing separately. Please note stag parties are not accepted.
Are pets allowed? Is there parking? Check-in times?
Pets are welcome and there is free private on-site parking. Check-in is 2pm and check-out is 10am. Smoking is not permitted inside.
